DC drive system
The onshore drilling AC drive system encompasses drilling assembly drive and land-based drive, which can adopt ROSHILL analog DC control system or ABB digital AC control system. Each set of AC drive system comprises an IGBT inverter bridge, overvoltage protection circuit, relay control circuit, AC control components, cooling blower and other apparatuses. These devices are installed in a drive enclosure (IGBT cabinet), which is placed in the electrical control chamber. It can be furnished with two, three or four cabinets based on the requirements of the rig. It possesses the traits of straightforward operation, high dependability, outstanding performance and effortless maintenance.
The DC control system of the oil drilling rig includes drilling package drive and marine drive. The ROSSHILL analog DC control system or SIMENS digital DC control system can be used.
